I have been in the field of early childhood education since 1998. I received my director’s credential from Rutgers University and started my career as a toddler teacher,
working my way up to center director. I have been a director for more than 10 years. I successfully accredited a former center through the NECPA accreditation program.
As a mother, I have seen first-hand the positive impact that early childhood education provides. At an early age, children learn skills that set the foundation for their academic years. We believe children should have the opportunity to learn at their own pace while exploring the world around them.
Kaleidoscope Academy of Bordentown, NJ, is an independently owned and operated child care center specializing in early childhood education for children 6 weeks to 13 years of age. Although Kaleidoscope Academy is housed in a state-of-the-art facility, we believe in time-honored traditional services

I have worked in the child care business for more than 15 years and have raised 2 children of my own. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from William Paterson University and an Associate’s degree in education from Mercer County Community College. I am excited to have the opportunity to provide our young children with the love, care and education they all deserve.
My enjoyment of education began when I was young, when I would hold mock “school classes” with my neighborhood friends and act as the teacher. My love of education thrived as I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in early childhood/elementary education in 1997 at Cabrini College in Radnor, PA. I began working as a summer camp aide for a learning center in 1994, quickly working my way up to the position of kindergarten teacher. I worked as a kindergarten teacher for 15 years. Knowing the importance of early childhood milestones, I became a curriculum/assistant director, providing the classroom with goals and objectives for each child.
